		<description><![CDATA[There are a couple of ways to hire and outside sales rep even if you don’t have the budget.  One way is to hire them on a commission-only basis.  Ask yourself how much revenue would they need to bring in to pay for themselves?  As an example if you said $300,000/year you could pay them 10% of gross sales making your net $270,000 in incremental business while adding $30,000 in expense.  Another way is to hire an intern.  There are all kinds of internship programs (both paid and unpaid) that can be administered.  One that I recommend is to hire a DECA student.  DECA (www.deca.org) is an  International Association of college/high school marketing students.  Lastly you can hire a stay-at-home Mom to do phone calling, sending out email blasts, do social networking, stuff flyers, do database management, etc. on a part-time basis.  You could pay them an hourly fee or a project fee.  I hope that these ideas help!
